With a long track record in the hospitality sector, restaurant Ola de Mar was opened by Guillermo Cabot and his partners in 2013.

The area of Portixol was the chosen location as it is a district so highly regarded among Mallorcan residents, the ex-pat community and tourists alike. Set in an established enclave of Mallorca it has stunning sea views and excellent communications; it is six kilometres to the airport, two kilometres to downtown Palma and just a five-minute walk from the new Conference Centre.

The restaurant features a large indoor dining area with two spacious terraces as well as function rooms for hosting all types of events.

The chef, Pedro García creates all the dishes with a pinch of salt from the island, a few drops of Mediterranean olive oil, great local fish from our sea, all blended with the sunshine of our land, and lots of loving care.

The wine cellar offers a large and varied selection of Mallorcan and international wines. There is also a wide choice of aperitifs, cocktails, gins and all types of spirits.
