Jordi Calvache learned his trade first-hand alongside great chefs such as Ferran Adrià in El Bulli and at Hacienda Benazuza in Seville, not to mention Pedro Subijana, in Akelare. He has built a solid career based on haute cuisine and world-class luxury hospitality in places like the Hotel Arts in Barcelona, the Ritz Carlton in Cancun and the Castillo Hotel Son Vida in Palma de Mallorca.
